| 职位描述： |
Major technical point of contact for any technical related applies from partners, distributors end-customers in China.
Working supporting partners in pre-sales processes – RFP’s, technical meetings, live demonstrations, product evaluation processes, POC’s/Pilots technical solutions proposals.
Maintaining supporting the services on-premise/cloud services in China directly with partners.
Conduct products training for end-customers partners teams
Resolving hling technical issues change requests of customers toward the relevant teams in Israel. Working closely with technical support R&D teams in Israel.
Daily interaction with partners strategic end-customers (mobile operators, device vendors) for any related technical issues product requirements aspects.
Participating with Sales team with partners marketing at sales events in China. (Exhibitions, Professional Conferences, Road-Shows, etc.)

| 任职要求： |
Very Good English speaking writing level (Matory)
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science/Telecommunication/Networking or related technical fields
At least 3 years of active pre-sale experience including customer’s technical presentations on-site involvement with customers partners sales processes.
At-least 4 years of experience in software systems implementation technical support
Very good knowledge working experience with Tomcat MySQL tools.
Experience with Linux including installation configuration.
Previous field customer support experience is necessary
Good knowledge understing of Mobile OS’s platforms - (Android, iOS)
Very good presentation, written communication MS Office skills
Proven experience of direct interfacing with customers personals at different levels
