| 职位描述： |
Education: Bachelor degree or above, mechanical design automobile engineering related majors.
Experience:
Below Bachelor: more than 7 years Bachelor: more than 4 years Master: more than 2 years.
Working experience in auto industry is preferred.
Familiar with chasis line equipment, know about production site production organization system.
Attend at least 3 project technical researches of assembly product planning, complete at least one assembly project process analysis, quality optimize, supporting to the production line summarizing the whole project.
Specific Knowledge/skills:
Good skills with Auto-CAD, UG CATIA software.
Proficient in TS16949 quality system knowledge.
Skilled in five hbooks of automobile industry.
Good oral English, written English of car industry.

| 任职要求： |
1. Plan assembly process on production chassis line, to develop documents, purchase confirm new tooling equipment.
2. Prepare chassis line process, implement process adjustment production preparetion based on product information, including production tryout organization, process flow confirmation, tooling equipment preparation, etc.
3. Optimize chassis line balance layout.
4. Solve chasis line process related issues during production tryout.
5. Train operators the chasis line process. |
